Post-Test Analysis
Know what worked, why it worked – and what to do next
Once a test has run its course, the real value comes from analysing the results. We don’t just look for winners and losers – we uncover insights that inform future strategy, segmentation opportunities, and what becomes your new control.
Experimentation, Analysis

We only ever have somebody running a project who has been doing CRO for a long time.
Turn CRO Results into Business Wins
About Post-Test Analysis
After a test reaches statistical significance – enough data, enough time, and a reliable sample size – we dig into the results using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), or your preferred analytics stack.
There are three outcomes: a winner, a loser, or no clear difference. But that’s just the surface.
We segment. Device types, traffic sources, new vs returning users—sometimes what looks flat overall hides a meaningful win (or loss) within a specific segment. In those cases, we might explore personalising the experience for that group.
If a test is clearly losing after 7–14 days, we’ll often call it early, reset, and move on. And we never trust a “winner” blindly – we keep testing to ensure the result holds over time. Once validated, we roll out the winning variant permanently. That becomes your new baseline – the control for the next test. It’s how experimentation compounds.
