If you, like us, do CRO in London, there are plenty of conferences exploring all aspects of conversion rate optimisation to choose from. Here are just a few planned over the coming months to inspire you:

1. The Best Conference for Customer Engagement:  Customer Engagement Summit 2022

Free

Offering free tickets this year to encourage the return of in-person marketing events, the Customer Engagement Summit will be going into its 10th year of running this year. 

The theme for this year’s event is ‘The Only Constant is Change: The Role of Human Experience and Technology in Transforming CX’, encouraging the sharing of strategy and innovative ideas post-pandemic to improve customer experience and consequently CRO.

Located at Park Plaza in Westminster, the event will be taking place on 15th November 2022.

2. The Best Conference for the CRO Expert: Martech Summit London

£495 for a standard day pass

The Martech Summit is a two-day event organised with the idea of bringing more senior marketing executives together. Located at etc. venues 133 Houndsditch, over 50 speakers from some of the top brands will be attending to speak on topics of e-commerce marketing, CRM and brand loyalty. 

When? 17th and 18th November 2022 

However, if you can’t make it this year don’t panic! There’s another conference planned for May 2023 – although the event location and ticket prices for this are yet to be confirmed.

3. The Best Conference for Self-Involvement: B2B Marketing Expo

Free

With 150+ speakers over the two-day event, B2B Marketing Expo boasts not only a wealth of interesting speakers but also panel debates and masterclasses for attendees to get involved in. There’s even a networking happy hour scheduled for each day for post-conference socialising! 

It will be taking place on 22/23rd November at ExCel London. Although a number of topics are planned to be covered, a particular focus this year is being made on Conversational Marketing, Social Media Trends and E-commerce.

4. The Best Conference for the Future Focused: Experimentation Elite

£199 + VAT

A unique one-day event bringing together CRO marketers wanting to advance their knowledge. As the name suggests, the key theme of discussion is experimentation, and how this is integral to success in CRO with case studies from a number of different speakers.

With speakers from the likes of ASOS and Net-a-Porter on the lineup, there is a focus on innovation and how this contributes to success in CRO and CX. 

 The conference, at etc. venues St Paul’s will take place on 8th December 2022.

5. The Best Conference for the Football Fan: Figaro Digital Conference

£495+VAT

Covering a wide variety of Digital Marketing topics but particularly focusing on the evolving relationship between brand and consumer, this event is shaping up to be a really exciting day.

It’s also being held at the Emirates Stadium, an extra bonus for any football fans out there. Although the list of speakers is yet to be finalised, Figaro has stated their intentions for the speakers attending to leave attendees feeling empowered and inspired.

6. The Best Conference … that’s not in London: Brighton SEO 27

Tickets are either free from the  ballot or £510+ VAT if unsuccessful

Our geography isn’t that awful, but it’s not one to be missed. Brighton SEO is one of the best for covering a range of topics. Although you might just miss out on the October in-person conference, there’s another in-person opportunity on 20/21 April 2023.

 Located at the Brighton Centre, you can always rely on the most insightful and relevant speakers from the likes of Google and many more.

7. The Best Conference that you might not know about: Measure Fest

£510 standard ticket (also includes Brighton SEO 2-day pass)

Measure Fest is a spin-off event from Brighton SEO that places focus on analytics, business intelligence and CRO. It generally takes place the day before Brighton SEO starts, with free entry given to both days of Brighton SEO if you buy a Measure Fest Ticket. That’s three days of conference access for the price of one! 

This is a far smaller scale event than its larger sister conference, with only 11 speakers throughout just one day. However, with a much more refined set of speakers primarily on CRO, this is perfect for the CX fanatic!

The 2023 conference will be happening on 19th April.

8. The Best Conference for the Introvert: DigiMarCon At Home

Early Bird Ticket Price TBC

DigiMarCon is a global conference that holds events across the globe both in person and online. They offer an ‘at home’ option perhaps for attendees that live too far away to travel to the events or would prefer to gain insight from the comfort of their homes. 

The event offers a 24/7 live stream of a range of speaker topics to accommodate those in different time zones. Next year it will be taking place on 21/22 April, and whilst tickets aren’t available yet, the event has been noted by the likes of CNN and NBC – it’s a popular one not to miss out on! In previous years celebrity figures such as The Jonas Brothers have been in attendance, so who knows could make an appearance at the next event!

9. The Best Conference for the World Traveller: #DMWF – Digital Marketing World Forum

£299 for an early bird two-day ticket

This agenda for this year’s London Digital Marketing World Forum focuses on topics of Conversion Rate Optimization and E-Commerce, with the future of digital marketing also sitting top of the bill. Speakers this year will be attending from top businesses including American Express, Condé Nast and Ocado. 

#DMWF London is just one date of a series of conferences worldwide, with the event travelling across Europe, Asia and North America this Autumn.

10. The Best Conference for Networking: Technology For Marketing

Price TBC

After returning as an in-person event for the first time this year, the 2023 conference is planned to be better than ever. Located at the ExCel centre on 27/28 September 2023, over 10,000 brands will be in attendance over the two days. TFM prides itself on the exceptional networking opportunities it provides its attendees, with 200 other hours of insightful sessions being planned for the two-day event.

With conference options to suit every Digital Marketer’s needs, it’s become more accessible to keep up with the latest CRO trends and innovations. These events are also perfect for networking and building a professional network, making it easier than ever to drive performance both personally and professionally. With some organisers yet to release their 2023 dates, you really are spoilt for a choice of conferences to attend!
